Skopje bourse main index edges up in trading week ended Sept 15

SKOPJE (N. Macedonia), September 15 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip MBI-10 index of the stock exchange in Skopje closed at 5,749.20 points on Friday, up 0.2% compared with its closing value of 5,739.73 points on September 7, the last trading day of the previous week, bourse data showed.
The bourse was closed on Friday, September 8, for Independence Day.
Turnover on the official market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) went down to 62.6 million denars ($1.1 million/1 million euro) in five sessions this week, from 91.7 million denars in four trading sessions last week.
Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB] contributed the most to the trading turnover of the MSE this week, as 2,750 of the lender's shares changed hands in 123 transactions worth a total of 33.9 million denars.
The MSE's OMB bond index closed at 126.75 points on September 15, unchanged compared with its value on September 7.
