The company Fabrika Karpos AD Skopje, listed on the Official Market on the Mandatory Listing subsegment of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje, has been issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange's website, due to failure to publish unaudited financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity) for the period 01.01.-31.12.2025 within the prescribed period, whereby the issuer failed to act in accordance with Article 40, paragraph 3 of the Listing Rules.
